The Building

King's Lodge is set on Kings Cross Lane in South Nutfield, a quiet village in the Surrey countryside. The building is purpose-designed for specialist care, with wide corridors, accessible bathrooms, and clinical equipment integrated seamlessly into a warm, residential environment.

This is not a hospital. It does not smell like one, look like one, or feel like one. Artwork hangs on the walls. The lounges have comfortable furniture. The dining room feels like a restaurant, not a canteen. The gardens are accessible to everyone, including residents in wheelchairs or with complex mobility needs.

  • 61 en-suite bedrooms
  • 3 bariatric-equipped rooms on the ground floor
  • 5 ventilated care rooms in a dedicated unit
  • 2 starter flats for supported independence
  • Wide, wheelchair-accessible corridors throughout
