Finding the right care for someone you love is one of the hardest decisions you will ever face. We understand. At King’s Lodge, we know that behind every referral form is a family who needs to know their person will be safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Set in the peaceful Surrey countryside, King’s Lodge is a specialist neurological care home where 61 residents live with conditions including acquired brain injury, Huntington's disease, stroke, MND, and MS. Our clinical team provides round-the-clock nursing support, with GP visits twice weekly, while our care team provides something just as important: companionship, patience, and kindness.
"We don't just look after people. We get to know them, celebrate with them, and walk alongside them every single day."

King’s Lodge exists because we believe specialist neurological care should feel like home, not hospital. Our staff stay because this work matters. Our residents stay because this place is theirs.
Wondering if King’s Lodge is right for someone you love?
You don't need to have all the answers before you call. Tell us a little about your situation and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, what it would cost, and what the next step looks like. No pressure, no scripts — just a straight conversation with the people who run the home.
Anything you share about your loved one stays inside the building. We never sell or pass on family data.
